1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ( "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j3333 ("j3333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the j3333.bet website and all associated services, games, features, and content.

By completing the registration process, accessing the j3333 login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a j3333 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on j3333. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j3333 conducts KYC verification in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. j3333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your j3333 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. j3333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking system downtime.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may require supporting documentation. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the j3333 help centre, subject to processing times of individual Philippine banks and e-wallet providers. j3333 reserves the right to apply a source-of-funds check for large withdrawal requests in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by j3333 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each individual promotion. General bonus terms that apply across all j3333 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by players operating duplicate accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

5.2 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Changes to a promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change, except where j3333 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through abuse or fraud.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j3333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform

• Conducting or facilitating unauthorised payment transactions through the platform, including using payment accounts registered in another person's name
• Accessing j3333 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without express authorisation
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward j3333 staff or other players via any platform communication channel

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on j3333.bet — including but not limited to the j3333 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of j3333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j3333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works of any j3333 content; use j3333 branding or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation; or frame or mirror any portion of the j3333.bet website on any other website or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, j3333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside j3333's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j3333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by j3333

j3333 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of duplicate account operation
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Compliance with a lawful order from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated wallet balance will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes with no violations found, the balance will be released. If violations are confirmed, j3333 may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable penalties described in these Terms.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your j3333 account at any time by contacting the j3333 support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus credits subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

j3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their j3333 account and/or via a prominent notice on the j3333.bet website, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directives.
